MA LPC LMFT
Therapy is about more than just addressing problems; it is about helping you find connection, healing, and clarity in your life and relationships.
My approach centers on truly understanding your needs and providing a space where you feel supported to make meaningful, lasting changes. By working together in a compassionate and supportive environment, my goal is to ensure you feel truly heard, understood, and empowered to create the life and relationships you desire.
Courtney earned a Master’s degree in Couples and Family Therapy from the University of Colorado Denver and holds certification as an Emotionally Focused Therapist.
As a member of the International Centre for Excellence in Emotionally Focused Therapy (ICEEFT), my extensive training in relational systems and addiction equips me to support clients in a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, and relationship difficulties. I use Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) as my primary approach, as it allows us to explore the emotions that lead to meaningful change.
You can expect sessions that are supportive, collaborative, and tailored to your needs. I’m here to guide you through the hard stuff while keeping the process authentic and meaningful. We’ll focus on building the life and relationships you want, together.
Outside of sessions, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, finding balance, and discovering little treats along the way.
